The finished puzzle measures 37.5cm x 30cm and is completed outside of the box.

Can the 100-piece puzzle be completed inside the box?

No, It is not designed to be completed in the box. To ensure the 100-piece puzzle is suitable for people with dementia, we have kept the individual puzzle pieces at 3.5cm wide. Therefore the completed puzzle size would be too large to try and complete in the box.

Is there an image inside the box?

Yes, the image of the puzzle is on the lid of the box.

Is there any mention of dementia on the puzzle?

There is no mention of dementia on the puzzle or the box it comes in.

Do you have puzzles with more pieces?

Currently the Relish puzzles come in 13, 35, 63 and 100 pieces.

What happens if my puzzle is missing a piece?

With the 100 piece puzzles there are very rare occasions where a piece may be missing. In the event of this happening, please do reach out to us at info@relish-life.com and we will assist with this.

How do I clean the puzzles?

The relish puzzles are now cardboard and we do not recommend any chemical cleaning agents for these. However a very lightly damp cloth can be used to wipe them, with water only.

Are the puzzles suitable for the visually impaired?

This all depends on the level of impairment. Our puzzles are designed with high colour contrast, and the pieces are bigger than an average puzzle piece would be. If you're looking for something less complex and clearer, take a look at the 13-piece puzzles which have one main focal point, and larger, unique pieces.

Do you do personalise puzzle images?

We no longer manufacture personalised puzzles.

Will you be adding to the range of puzzles?

We review our images regularly, and using customer feedback we look at what new images we will add to the range.

Will future puzzles feature more diversity?

More recent puzzles in our range featuring people, are more balanced in diversity. With our puzzles we focus mainly on landscapes, holidays, animals and nature so that these can be enjoyed by a wider audience.
