Can I connect 2 Day Hubs™ together?

No. We recommend only having one Day Hub™ per household/user in order to simplify the user experience and minimise confusion of daily tasks.

I have a Day Hub™ and want to pair more that 1 Day Connect™, can I pair them all at the same time?

No, each Day Connect™ will need to be paired seperately. Please follow the guidance during the set up process on your Day Connect™.

Do the Day Range devices come in different colours?

The Day Hub™ and Day Connect™ come in one colourway. The design has a contemporary modern finish which blends perfectly with our Relish Radio.

Will the devices keep accurate time?

The Day Range devices use advanced technology to ensure it keeps accurate time and date. It automatically updates to the correct date and year - even if accidentially unplugged for weeks at a time.

Do the Day Range devices run on batteries?

No, the products require a power adapter. However, there is a battery which will provide a back up if product is unplugged and data will not be lost. This should not be relied on to power the device for normal use.

How does the Day Hub™ and Day Connect™ Pair together?

These can be paired using Wifi/WPS or wireless technology. If you need support with this please refer to our how to guide video on pairing.

Will I be able to see the display clearly at night-time, how bright is the display?

The Day Hub™ and Day Connect™ have auto dim functionality installed, depending on the light level of the room. The user has the ability to cap auto dim settings, e.g. if you didn't want the auto dim to go all the way to the lowest point. We understand it is Important to support ambient light levels, that are not distracting or abrasive to look at.
