The radio's memory buttons allow for 3 favourite radio stations that the user can find and choose easily thanks to the customisable card label. The fourth button is for your own playlist which is loaded through a USB port at the back.

What are the dimensions of the Radio?

The radio measures 34cm x 17cm x 22cm

Please tell me more about the USB and which one to use for the radio.

We suggest using a USB 3.0 or 2.0 - format this to FAT32 and ensure you do this prior to loading music onto the USB
Please only use a USB up to 32GB, this will be ample for 2000+ songs to be stored. All songs must be downloaded as MP3 files.

Can the playlist on the radio be used for Audiobooks?

This is not currently suitable for audio books; it has been designed for radio and a music player (with USB stick) only

Can you tell me more about the Task Alerts on the Day Hub™ and how these work?

Task Alerts, once set up will sound on this device at the same times every day, helping you keep to a regular routine.

  1. When a task is due for completion, the corresponding Task Button will flash orange, and an audible alert will sound.
  2. When you complete the task, press the Task Button to mark it as completed.
  3. It will then glow green, giving you a visual record of which tasks have been completed that day. (Uncompleted tasks will
    continue to glow orange).

How does the Day Hub™ and Day Connect™ pair together?

The Day Connect™ and Day Hub™, can be paired with or without WiFi connection. On the Day Connect™ press the menu button, then scroll to "Pairing and unpairing devices", press the OK button on the side. It will then guide you how to pair the devices together using just a few steps.

This is larger than standard digital devices to aid visibility. However it is not so big that it is intrusive and the contemporary/modern design is very appealing.
