Circuit Maze

Simultaneously calming and entertaining, the Circuit Marble Maze is a game designed for people with dementia that challenges dexterity and coordination.

Stimulating

The mission? Guide the marble around the track by tilting the maze with both hands. Twist. Turn. Back-up. Repeat! Players are bound to feel a sense of excitement and pride when they reach the end of the course. Go as slowly or as quickly as you like. Remember sometimes it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey.

Drives independence

By manoeuvring the maze at their own pace, users experience a sense of accomplishment and build confidence with each successful marble run.

Calming

The simple movement of guiding the marble through the maze can have a calming effect. This can help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation for those living with dementia.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ -

No the maze has been designed with a clear perspex screen which is fixed in place to prevent the marble from falling out and the maze can be enjoyed.

What other designs of maze are there in the range?

+ -

Is the aim of the mazes to get from start to finish?

+ -

With the mazes, it is more the action of moving the ball around the maze to challenge dexterity and coordination. It is the journey not the destination that counts here. So there is no right or wrong way to use this. Moving through the maze from a start and finish point can add an additional challenge if this suits the person.
