Relish Returns Policy:
If you have changed your mind about your Relish purchase within the first 30 days of receiving the item, it can be returned for a full refund.
Email email@example.com with your order number and we will assist you with the return. We do not cover the cost of return postage if a product is unwanted. It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the product in the original packaging or equivalent to avoid damage in transit. And obtain a proof of postage in case of any items lost.
Please return unwanted items in the original condition, other than where it was necessary to inspect the product.
We will be unable to refund any items that have been have visibly been used multiple times, or with any marks or damage due to mistreatment.
Product Damage or Defects:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any defects or damage, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and product name. Imagery of the defect or videos if an electronic product, clearly demonstrating the fault will assist us in resolving the issue swiftly.
In the event we require the product to be returned we will reimburse you for the cost incurred by returning the item. We will then either replace the item or arrange a full refund as you wish, including any original delivery charge paid.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will advise you once the refund has been processed and the estimated time this will take to be credited.

Radio and Day Range:
If you have changed your mind about the Relish Radio, Day Hub™ or Day Connect™ please return in their original condition. This includes all the original packaging inside the boxes, labels, manuals, and adapters. Please ensure devices do not have any personal preferences on them. These can be removed with a factory reset. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Radio and Day Range Warranty:
These products come with a standard 2-year warranty. If an issue is identified within 30 days to 2 years from the date of receipt, customers can request a repair or replacement, subject to confirmation by Relish of the product's fault.
Beyond the initial 2-year period, customers are responsible for providing evidence that the fault existed at the time of purchase. Should a return be permitted, a deduction may be applied to any refund to account for fair use after the first year of ownership.
