What you need

For 12 portions

  1. 75ml elderflower cordial
  2. 1ltr cloudy apple juice
  3. Small handful of mint leaves, roughly chopped
  4. 1 bottle of chilled sparking water
  5. Large jug or pitcher (2.5 to 3 litres)

Intro

Let’s capture the delicious taste of summer in a jug! This lovely, refreshing non-alcoholic punch is quick and easy to make, and can be enjoyed at any summer picnic or party.

So gather a small group together and mix up something wonderful.

The Activity

  1. Mix the elderflower cordial and apple juice together in a jug
  2. Add a few mint leaves and leave it to chill
  3. When you’re ready to enjoy it, top up the jug with the chilled sparkling water, mix and serve!
