This Privacy Policy (together with our terms and conditions of sale available at, describes the ways in which Active Healthcare Solutions Ltd (“Relish,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses information about you through and all other Relish websites and applications that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Online Services”). Data controller

Relish shall be data controller of the personal data you enter in connection with your creation of a profile or registration for newsletters, i.e. your name, your password and your email address, as well as registration of your IP address.
Furthermore, Relish shall be the data controller of the personal data which is disclosed to the fulfilment of any contractual duties such as order fulfilment, catalogue requests and customer services communications.

Data processor
In some instances, Relish may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including, but not limited to, website developers, IT services providers, shipping or direct mail organizations or storage facilities (“Data Processors”).
The Data Processors shall solely act according to instructions from Relish. Our agreements with them will not permit them to use your personal data for any other purposes and commit them to comply with applicable data privacy standards.
Some of our Data Processors may be seated outside the EU/EEA, including the U.S. If we use Data Processors from outside the EU/EEA, we have entered into standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize Relish to give such instructions to the Data Processor which are necessary for the processing of data in accordance with this personal data policy and for the purpose of use of the Website.

Information we may collect
We may collect and process the following information about you. Where we ask you to provide us with any additional information, it will only be mandatory where we need it in order to provide you with the services you have requested – the provision of other information will be optional.

Information you provide
We may collect any information that you provide us when using the Online Services, including, but not limited to when you: create an account, purchase a product, sign-up to receive our electronic newsletter or otherwise contact us with a question, comment or request.

The information that you provide us can include, but is not limited to:

  • your name, contact information, username, password and other registration information;
  • transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases or respond to any offers; and
  • information you provide when you contact Relish

Information that you upload in connection with your use of our products, which we may collect from you as a direct user of our products, or from carers (professional or otherwise) or family members, which may include name, contact information (email, phone number, address), birthdate, life story information, including but not limited to information concerning role, occupation, interests, family etc health data about individual you are caring for, limited to information about an individual’s diagnosis of dementia or stage of dementia, room number when the individual you are caring for lives in a care setting, activity logs within the environment in which our products are used and photos taken within the environment in which our products are used.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Information collected through automatic means:
We may automatically collect certain technical information from your computer or mobile device when you use the Online Services, such as your Internet Protocol address, your general geographic location, your browser type, your operating system, the pages you view on the Online Services, the pages you view immediately before and after you access the Online Services and the search terms you enter on the Online Services. This information allows us to recognize you and personalize your experience if you return to the Online Services and to improve the Online Services and the services we provide. We may collect this information using Cookies (as defined below).

Google Analytics:
Our Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). If a professional carer purchases our products, information that is uploaded to the Online Services may, depending on the nature of the product that has been purchased, be shared and accessed within multiple care homes within the group of care homes for the purposes of understandingthe effectiveness of the use of our products for the care of patients.
We may share your information with selected third parties including:
Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.
Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
Agents that we engage to perform functions on our behalf including fulfilling order deliveries, sending customer communications, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments and providing customer service.
