Each puzzle piece in the 13piece puzzle is approximately 10cm. The pieces are all unique in size.

How thick are the pieces?

The puzzle pieces are 2mm thick.

What size is the finished puzzle?

The finished puzzle measures 30cm x 22cm and can be completed inside the box.

Is there an image inside the box?

Yes, the image of the puzzle is on the lid of the box.

Is there any mention of dementia on the puzzle?

There is no mention of dementia on the puzzle or the box it comes in.

Do you have puzzles with more pieces?

Currently the Relish puzzles come in 13, 35, 63 and 100 pieces.

What happens if my puzzle is missing a piece?

The 13 piece puzzle will arrive made up in the box. If a piece is not there, it might have come loose in transit. Please check under the rest of the puzzle or inside the accompanying leaflet. In the event the piece is not found, please reach out to us at info@relish-life.com and we will assist with this.

How do I clean the puzzles?

The relish puzzles are now cardboard and we do not recommend any chemical cleaning agents for these. However a very lightly damp cloth can be used to wipe them, with water only.

Are the puzzles suitable for the visually impaired?

This all depends on the level of impairment. Our puzzles are designed with high colour contrast and the 13 piece puzzles have one main focal point and larger puzzle pieces, to aid people with vision impairment. Each puzzle piece is unique in shape, and can therefore be put together by feel, which could help make it easier for the person to assemble.

Do you do personalise puzzle images?

We no longer manufacture personalised puzzles.

Will you be adding to the range of puzzles?

We review our images regularly, and using customer feedback we look at what new images we will add to the range.

Will future puzzles feature more diversity?

More recent puzzles in our range featuring people, are more balanced in diversity. With our puzzles we focus mainly on landscapes, holidays, animals and nature so that these can be enjoyed by a wider audience.
